WE’VE WORKED SO MUCH (ABBIAMO LAVORATO TANTO)

Through a visual poem of words, dance, and matters, the colossal forms of cement mixers in a deserted factory become transformative spaces. The notion of labor and motherhood is redefined through these looming metallic bodies of resonance—concrete mixers treated as reproductive organs, sites of a life’s work.

About the Artist

TEODORA GRANO

Director, Choreographer, performer. Based in Italy.She has worked without permanent residency across contemporary theatre, circus, performance, and dance—mostly in formats that defy orthodoxy.She trained and worked between Wrocław, Athens, Berlin, Brussels, and Rome.Founder of the collective ALIX MAUTNER.Permanent member of the performing arts company CollettivO CineticO since 2018.

Her research centers on a future literature, where the relationship between writing and the body places reading at the core of inquiry. She uses portraiture and genealogical investigation to unearth the historical and social layers within personal experience.

She belongs to that portion of humanity for whom writing is a sensory organ.50% punk, 30% ironic, 20% dead serious.

BRUNO LEGGIERI

Freelance filmmaker and director.He creates documentaries and visual projects that explore stories, lives, and collective memory, with a strong focus on aesthetic research.He has a particular interest in performance, artistic expression, and the professions connected to them.Among his works is “Dear Weaver”, an intimate and illuminating account of a queer-run hospitality space in the Italian provinces. He collaborates with artistic and social organizations, bringing a sensitive, political, yet never intrusive gaze.
