Ashley Gilland
Ashley Gilland is a mixed media poet and fiber artist from Kansas City pursuing her MFA at UW Bothell in Seattle. She is currently focused on embroidered handwriting and textile assemblage. Her work is published in So to Speak, Peatsmoke, Thimble, and whiptail, among others. Her interest in audio, composing and producing experimental art pop music, has resulted in two EPs, Robin’s Egg Blue and Clover Days, as well as scores for two short films.
